Emmanuel Tenga
Chief Executive Officer
Emmanuel has transitioned from the Compliance space within the Global Banking & Financial Services Industry where he spent almost a decade fighting fraud and financial crime. He is responsible for developing the SCS brand and reputation. Emmanuel ensures the tone from the top is aligned to SCS values. Emmanuel is responsible for ensuring appropriate governance and framework within the organisation. Emmanuel is a driven professional with sound technical knowledge of the regulations and KLOEs. He is dedicated to development and mentorship.

Sylvia Tenga
Registered Manager
Sylvia has a long career in the NHS as a Registered Nurse. She brings a wealth of experience and strong competency to her role as Registered Manager. Sylvia is passionate about delivering person-centred care and she is committed to the SCS motto, which is community front and centre. She has extensive leadership experience and will champion SCS values. Sylvia will help to drive meaningful lasting positive change to the adult social care sector. She will ensure there is clear development pathway for all staff.

Eugene Tenga
Nominated Officer
Eugene has an extensive leadership career working in the Charity sector with over two decades experience in Pastoral Care. He has expertise in counselling and people management in an international organisation. He is very passionate about care and empowerment. As the Nominated Individual at SCS, he will promote compliance and supervise management activities. His other skillset includes: Volunteering, Team Leadership and Strategic Planning.

Randric Gabbidon
Chief Operating Officer
Randric has several years of strong operational experience across various sectors. His educational background is accounting. He has emerged and progressed as a leader with his dynamic professional work experience. Randric is committed to driving growth and development for SCS. He has strong stakeholder relationship management. He is passionate about building brand awareness. He is a highly motivated and resourceful addition to the team.

Jedidiah Tenga
Care Coordinator
Jedidiah is an experienced people person. He has held management positions in his previous role. He has experience in driving change and implementing strategies. Jedidiah is skilled in creating efficiency. He is passionate about supporting staff to achieve their full potential. He has recognition for finding creative solutions. His positivity towards staff engagement fosters an environment whereby people feel valued and respected.

Octavia Tenga
Director of Finance
Octavia brings several years of accounting experience from major auditing firms. She has a good record of delivering success in her previous roles which will no doubt continue. In her role at SCS, she will provide strategic guidance and a strong financial model. She will ensure SCS meet all relevant financial reporting obligations.
